Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

This giveaway is run by Chris Moss Art, and is designed to thank you for your support and grow our creative community. Please take a moment to read the terms before entering.

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised and promoted by Chris Moss Art.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over.
  • One entry per person.
  • Bonus entries are valid only when the main entry (via email sign-up) has been completed.

Why UK only? We want to avoid any surprise customs or import charges for the winner, which we aren’t able to cover. Thank you for understanding.

 

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the official giveaway form.

An optional bonus entry is available by sharing the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook and tagging @chrismossart, so we can see it.

 

4. Giveaway Dates

  • Entries open on Monday 11th August 2025
  • Entries close at 11:59pm on Sunday 17st August 2025
  • The winner will be chosen at random and notified on Friday 22nd August 2025

 

5. The Prize

  • One winner will receive a framed A2 fine art print from the Rogue collection (worth £130).
  • All entrants will receive a 15% discount code for their first order. The code is included in the entry confirmation email.

No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable.

 

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by email on 22nd August 2025.

If we don’t hear back within 7 days, a new winner will be selected at random.


7. Data Protection

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive occasional email updates from Chris Moss Art. Your details will be stored securely and never shared with third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time.

 

8. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Instagram or Facebook in any way.

 

9. Right to Cancel or Amend

Chris Moss Art reserves the right to modify or withdraw the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
