Shipping policy
Lead Times & Packaging
Original artworks and Limited Edition prints on paper:
- usually shipped within 2-3 business days.
- Artworks up to A2 in size are shipped flat in a strong cardboard box.
- Artworks above A2 in size are shipped rolled in a cardboard tube unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- within the UK, all artworks are shipped using Royal Mail First Class Signed For
Open Edition Fine Art prints are shipped by a third-party, but do email chris@chrismossart.com if you have any questions regarding lead times.
Original artworks on canvas are usually shipped within 3-5 business days.
Shipping outside of the UK:
All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is therefore subject to any such import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the receiving country once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Shipping Costs
A flat rate is charged for shipping to countries within the EU and the rest of the world. These rates are periodically reviewed to ensure Collectors benefit from the most competitive shipping rates.
Please note that the costings below do not include rates for Fine Art Prints. These are calculated separately at checkout.
