Complimentary Gifts

These will usually arrive separately, so please don’t worry if your order arrives without the gift or the other way round. 

Fine Art Prints

Unframed prints ship within 3-5 business days and can take up to a further 14 days to be delivered, depending on where you are in the world.

Framed prints take a little bit longer as they’re hand-framed to order by a specialist framer. This typically takes 5-7 business days and up to a further 14 days to be delivered.

I’ve partnered with a global printer who fulfils orders locally to make sure carbon emissions are reduced as much as possible. 

They’re worth waiting for, but if you’re concerned you haven’t received your print after 14 days, email me at chris@chrismossart.com and I’ll chase things up for you. 

 

Cushions

As each cushion is handmade to order, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.

Once the cushion is shipped, I will add tracking information to the order and send you an email to confirm this.

If you haven't received your cushion after 3 weeks, please contact me at chris@chrismossart.com so I can chase things up for you.

 

Originals

Take care unboxing and handling textured originals - there may be some sharp or rough edges

Please allow 3-5 business days for packaging and a further 5 days for delivery for UK Collectors.

For countries in the EU and the rest of the world, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

I will send a confirmation email and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Stationery

Each greeting card & journal is printed to order.

Please allow 3 days manufacturing time, followed by 2-3 working days shipping time for UK delivery or 7-14 working days for delivery to the rest of the world.

If you haven't received your order within 20 working days, please contact me so I can look into things for you.

 

Please note that additional import duties/taxes and/or custom charges may apply in your country if you're outside of the UK.
